King is only playing around 50 mins per game. That’s pretty standard for your starting prop. That work load shouldn’t drive him into the ground

Watching our lower grades they all have the same structure look very fit and fast in defence. We aren’t even at the peak of what this will look like. Think guys coming through this system for 5 years with this defensive structure. The future is insanely bright.
