Heading into 2024, there will be some significant changes to the forum. This is Rugby League Bulldogs sports forum, a community to discuss your thoughts, opinions and healthy debates surrounding our sport.

Starting January 1st 2024, we won't tolerate any form of direct or indirect trolling, baiting, insinuating or abuse, whether in public post, private messages directed towards fellow members or forum staff (mods & admin).

Expressing discontent with forum management by whining or complaining is now considered abuse, and will be sanctioned with warnings/bans immediately. Users are welcome to offer feedback on forum management via Private Message to staff member.

Should you come across any inappropriate behaviour, utilise the report function for both public and private messages. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited; any account deemed a duplicate will face permanent banning without notice.

Commencing January 1, 2024, everyone is granted a clean slate, irrespective of past ban history. This provides an opportunity for all to start anew and reconsider their contributions and posting style to the forum.

If you are reporting a post you must now also include a valid reason and a valid explanation or it will be rejected. Simply reporting a post and typing in "trolling" is not sufficient, you need to explain how and why it is trolling, as an example.

Violation of forum rules may result in consequences ranging from a warning to lifetime ban, with the duration escalating as follows:
Warning, 24 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, lifetime ban.
The banning process serves as a guide, and staff discretion may be applied based on the severity of the incident.

Examples of abuse, trolling and baiting but not limited to
  1. Abusing emojis by using emojis on each other's posts excessively
  2. Engaging in private messages to communicate abuse
  3. Discussing matters in the public forum regarding other members bans or behaviour
  4. Provoking each other in any manner
  5. If you’re meant to stay away from each other but you’re mentioning each other or insinuating in public discussions
A heartfelt appreciation goes out to all positive contributors who adhere to the rules, fostering a positive and engaging community. Keep up the excellent work, and let's continue these healthy discussions amicably.

The Admin & mod team.
