Has Red Vagina signing written all over him, especially with Tartak being a Dragons fan and having other clients there. However they may be cautious after the Volkman deal with him.
If he is a Dragons supporter i doubt he would want him at Dragons haha

To find good form for the Bulldogs, Josh Schuster could focus on consistent training, building rapport with his new teammates, and adapting to the Bulldogs' playing style.

Pros of Bulldogs signing Schuster:

1. Potential for growth: Schuster is a young talent with room for development, offering long-term benefits to the team.

2. Versatility: He can play multiple positions, providing flexibility in the lineup.

3. Fresh perspective: Joining a new team could rejuvenate his performance and unlock his full potential.

Cons of Bulldogs signing Schuster:

1. Adaptation period: It may take time for Schuster to adjust to a new team, potentially impacting his immediate performance.

2. Pressure: There could be added pressure on him to perform well in a new environment, which may affect his confidence sara80.

3. Team chemistry: Building rapport with new teammates may take time, impacting on-field chemistry initially.

We’ve made so many chops and changes best now to stick with what we have, promote what we have within Hayward went well last night and only recruit outside if it’s elite halfback (not other clubs scraps like Flanagan Sexton Hutchinson) or a starting prop forward of good quality. Allow the team to grow.

Schuster is the real deal as a footballer.

He just needs to get away from Sydney, away from his comfort zone.

I reckon he has Des written all over him on a cheap deal..
I can see Hasler now, back on his push bike following the shoe around the streets of Robina, with the shoe slowly plodding past the fast food joints constantly asking is it break time yet ..

Big loss to the Raiders today and Hasler will prob be on the phone … he would have been the one that signed him on $800k … he’d take him at a huge discount ..

The real question is .. who‘s Manly’s Account .. TT $1.2m … JT $900k .. Cherry $1m plus, The Shoe $800k … big HO $800k … just bought Brooks prob WT paying a good chunk but he was on huge money so not a cheap pick up … they out bid Newcastle who were supposedly offering upward of $500k for Garrick .. Brown, Lodge, Woods,Croker, Aloiai, Saab… and still fielding a pretty decent squad and players around those .. ?

Brooks was off contract, Tiger chipping in nothing. Knight were after Brooks the year before while he was still contracted - got Hastings instead.

you’re right, sorry Brookes was off contract which means that Manly probably paid more than I initially thought … the other part was about the Knights chasing Garrick, who Manly managed to out bid .. not Brookes ..

Why would any club help Manly? Let that contract be a huge burden for them. With DCE, Olakau'atu & the Trbojevic's on big money I don't see how they can be very active on the player market in the near future
